With a group of personalities as big as we saw in our seventh graduating quarter, you’d expect the work to be just as big – and damn if they didn’t deliver. Q7 was comprised of eight totally unique individuals who found a way to fully express themselves through the kind of work that we’ve never seen before and will likely never see again.

Wait – like, literally? It sometimes felt like our ninth graduating quarter kinda lived at DAD for 16 months. They were the first ones to arrive and the last ones to leave. Maybe they just never left? But they always looked fresh and smelled nice, so who knows? What we do know is how hard they worked to make the best portfolios they could. Their passion and persistence paid off in the end, as Q9 collectively created some of our strongest campaigns in recent memory, so we’d say that earns them a little shut eye for a bit.

Since day one at DAD, our eighth graduating quarter was an incredibly picky and brash bunch. They were hard on themselves, hard on each other, and hard on us – in the very best way. They wanted only the toughest feedback because they wanted to push themselves to do things in a tone that advertisers hadn’t struck before. They tackled tough subjects like climate change, Black financial inequality, women’s sexual rights, Asian American violence, artificial intelligence, PMS, the mental health of adopted people, and told those stories in a way that no other group could.
